Psoriasis is an inflammatory condition and while there is no proven research that shows specific foods or diets directly lessen development or symptoms of the disease, some foods have been found to increase inflammation. So what you put into your body can make a big difference in how you manage psoriasis.

Omega-3 fatty acids have been found to reduce inflammation, so incorporate foods like walnuts, canola oil, salmon and tuna into your diet.
